These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZyloScore(the "Service", available at https://www.zyloscore.bond). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or uploading data to the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
ZyloScoreis the world's first AI-powered presencemaxxing platform. It provides multimodal biometric diagnostics evaluating facial aesthetics (8 anatomical dimensions), vocal resonance (pitch, harmonics, cadence, and verbal fluency), and interactive social calibration (turn-by-turn roleplay simulations with adaptive AI personas) to calculate a composite 0–100 Presence Index with tailored daily habit plans.

ZyloScore is strictly a personal self-improvement, grooming, and communication education tool. Scores, percentile rankings, facial observations, acoustic parameters, social calibration feedback, and AI coach dialogues are computational estimates generated by artificial intelligence. They do not constitute dermatological, medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical diagnosis or therapy. Never disregard professional medical or clinical advice based on information provided by this Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase subscriptions. By registering, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only access the platform under the direct supervision and with the verified consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility for your use under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable local child protection regulations.

Merchant of Record: All orders and payments are conducted by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles currency conversion, local VAT/GST collection, and transaction processing.
Zylo Credits: You may purchase à-la-carte Zylo Credits for one-off scans or tools. Credits are consumed immediately when a photo or voice recording is submitted to the AI analysis pipeline, regardless of whether a face or valid speech is detected. Plan quotas are always consumed before purchased credits. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Cancellation:You may cancel recurring billing at any time via Settings → "Manage billing". Cancellation stops future renewal charges; your tier benefits remain active through the end of your current prepaid billing cycle.
Presence Practice (Social Calibration) features turn-by-turn interactive roleplay with simulated AI personalities (e.g., Senior Colleague, Close Friend, New Acquaintance, Romantic Partner).
You agree not to misuse ZyloScore. You must not:
Violations of this section will result in immediate account termination without refund.
You retain full ownership of any original photographs or voice recordings you submit. By uploading content, you grant ZyloScore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to the extent necessary to process the data and return your analysis. We do not use your personal biometric content to train public AI foundation models.
The ZyloScorename, logo, "presencemaxxing" category marks, user interface, software code, and proprietary Presence Index formulas are the exclusive intellectual property of ZyloScore.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZyloScore and its officers, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, personal dissatisfaction, emotional distress, or relationship outcomes resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting with an updated "Last updated" date. For material modifications affecting paid subscriptions, we will provide at least 15 days' advance notice via email or in-app notification.
